It fits perfectly well and does NOT ride up the body. The back leg part is mot needed

I am very sorry for any confusion regarding the hind leg sleeves. We have double checked the website and it does not state that the Topshirt needs to be used with them. It simply explains that if someone chooses to use the hind leg sleeves they must be attached to the Topshirt because that is the only way they stay secure.

Excellent secure protection to keep an operation site clean and dry.
