DRY® Cooling Vest for Dogs

When measuring the chest circumference, measure the widest part of your dog’s chest. When measuring the neck, leave room for two fingers.

Base of neck to base of tail

Distance from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

Chest circumference

The chest circumference is best measured around the widest part of the chest, usually right behind the front legs.

Neck circumference

When measuring the neck circumference, leave room for at least two fingers.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE VEST:

Step 1: Activate the vest by opening the valve cap. Gently pour in the right amount of water. View the chart below for the required amount of water per size. Close the valve cap.

Step 2: Gently divide the water by sliding and pushing your hands over the vest. Make sure the water is evenly distributed on all sides.

Step 3: Then you fold the vest up, open the valve cap and gently squeeze out all excess water. Close the valve cap and the vest will start the cooling process within minutes. No gels, refrigeration or other chemicals are needed. The vest will stay cool for up to 3 days. After using the vest, simply hang-dry for storage.

How to put on:

We know how important it is to be able to quickly dress and undress your dog, which is why our DRY® Cooling Vest is very easy to use and has adjustable straps with buckles to secure. This vest covers most parts of the back and belly for an optimal cooling effect on your dog’s body. Getting the vest on and off your dog is very simple:

Step 1: Place your dog’s head through the opening.

Step 2: Take the black straps on the belly side and put these through the provided openings to keep them in place. Then secure the vest by fastening the buckles. Adjust the straps by pulling gently.

Step 3: It is important to keep monitoring your dog if the straps aren’t too tight around the body and neck, this can otherwise lead to breathing and blood circulation problems.

The DRY® Cooling Vest for dogs is toxic/lead free and is made of:

Exterior:

• 50% INUTEQ DRY Nylon Jersey
• 50% PU Ultra Fresh Antibacterial Treatment

Core:

• 100% INUTEQ DRY Wicking Polyester Fleece

Interior:

• 100% INUTEQ DRY Nylon

The washing instructions below will help to keep the product in good condition. Washing, maintaining and handling of delivered items always remains the responsibility of the customer.

Instructions:

• Fasten the buckles before washing;
• We recommend using a laundry bag;
• Wash the DRY® Cooling Vest up to a maximum of 40ºC/104ºF;
• Never put the DRY® Cooling Vest in the dryer! Hang it out and let it air dry;
• Do not iron;
• Do not use bleach or other chemicals to clean the DRY® Cooling Vest.

Using bleach and other chemicals can cause irritations to your dog’s wound, surgical area, hotspots or more…!

We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. All standard orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked, unless you select the Next Working Day Courier service at checkout.

If you require your order urgently, we recommend selecting the Next Working Day option to ensure the fastest delivery.

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked (1–3 working days)

• £4.95 for orders under £60
• Free for orders over £60

Next Working Day Delivery - Courier Service

• £7.50 flat rate
• Available for all orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Thursday
• Orders placed after 1pm Thursday through Sunday will be dispatched the next working day (excluding public holidays)

Heavy or Oversized Items

Some products require special handling due to their size or weight. This includes items such as ProFleece bedding, rigid wire cages, and Anigene disinfectant, which are shipped using our Courier Next Working Day service for reliable and efficient delivery.

• Courier Delivery Charge: £7.50 flat rate for most oversized items
• ProFleece Delivery: Charges start from £4.95, depending on size and quantity. Final delivery cost is calculated at checkout.
• Large ProFleece Rolls (10m x 150cm): These are shipped on a 48-hour courier service due to their size and bulk.

Delivery Terms & Information

• If your order is delayed or not delivered, our liability is limited to replacing the item(s) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Please notify us within 24 hours if your order arrives damaged or is incomplete.
• For non-delivery, contact us within 5 days of placing your order so we can investigate.
• If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, and your parcel cannot be delivered or returned, we may treat the order as cancelled. In such cases, the item cost will be refunded, but delivery charges may be retained if the parcel was already been dispatched.
• Your email address and/or mobile number may be shared with our delivery partners (Royal Mail or the courier) for delivery updates or contact purposes regarding your order.

When to Expect Your Delivery

• Next Working Day Delivery applies to orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding UK bank holidays).
• Orders placed after 1pm Thursday through Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding UK public holidays).
