Care Instructions
For longer usage, it is possible that the print of the Recovery Suit® and the label could fade over time. With the washing instructions below, this process can be delayed. Washing, maintaining and handling of delivered items always remains the responsibility of the customer.
Instructions:
- Always turn inside out for washing;
- Fasten all the press studs before washing;
- We recommend using a laundry bag;
- Wash the Recovery Suit® up to a maximum of 90ºC/194ºF;
- Never put the Recovery Suit® in the dryer! Hang it out and let it air dry;
- Do not iron directly over the print and never too hot;
- Do not use bleach or other chemicals to clean the Recovery Suit®.
Using bleach and other chemicals can cause irritations to your cat’s wound, surgical area, hotspots or more…!
TIP: Little (peeing) accidents can happen while wearing the Recovery Suit®. To ensure that your cat remains protected, two Recovery Suit® are often purchased. While one Recovery Suit® can be washed, the other can be worn. When your cat needs to wear the Recovery Suit® longer than a week, it’s always better to have a back-up Recovery Suit®!

We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. All standard orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked, unless you select the Next Working Day Courier service at checkout.
If you require your order urgently, we recommend selecting the Next Working Day option to ensure the fastest delivery.

- £7.50 flat rate
- Available for all orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Thursday

Heavy or Oversized Items
Some products require special handling due to their size or weight. This includes items such as ProFleece bedding, rigid wire cages, and Anigene disinfectant, which are shipped using our Courier Next Working Day service for reliable and efficient delivery.
- Courier Delivery Charge: £7.50 flat rate for most oversized items
- ProFleece Delivery: Charges start from £4.95, depending on size and quantity. Final delivery cost is calculated at checkout.
- Large ProFleece Rolls (10m x 150cm): These are shipped on a 48-hour courier service due to their size and bulk.
Delivery Terms & Information
- If your order is delayed or not delivered, our liability is limited to replacing the item(s) within a reasonable timeframe.
- Please notify us within 24 hours if your order arrives damaged or is incomplete.
- For non-delivery, contact us within 5 days of placing your order so we can investigate.
- If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, and your parcel cannot be delivered or returned, we may treat the order as cancelled. In such cases, the item cost will be refunded, but delivery charges may be retained if the parcel was already been dispatched.
- Your email address and/or mobile number may be shared with our delivery partners (Royal Mail or the courier) for delivery updates or contact purposes regarding your order.
When to Expect Your Delivery
- Next Working Day Delivery applies to orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding UK bank holidays).
- Orders placed after 1pm Thursday through Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding UK public holidays).

I bought the 3 x extra small suit for my kitten Minnie, after speaking to your sales team, as I wanted to make sure I had the correct size and fit. Minnie had her neutering procedure a week ago and the suit will come off tomorrow.
I've been very impressed by the way she adapted to it, treating it like her own body. It must feel very comfortable and it certainly looks well constructed.
The suit definitely comes up on the larger side so very important to measure your cat properly. Even though we bought the right suit for her size (the smallest one available) , she still managed to wriggle out of it a few times. Once she got used to it and wasn’t so confused post surgery anaesthesia, it worked perfectly well. It didn’t cause her any issues with using the litter tray and it washed and dried well.
I bought these for my kittens to wear after being neutered. They are made from soft material. They’re a bit tricky to get on if the kitten objects… one of mine did but the other was fine. After half an hour of walking funny and getting used to them they are fine.
They have used their litter tray with no issues.
The sizing guide was spot on. The suits seem a little small but they’re not. They need to be snug so they can’t get them off.

Perfect suit for our kitten recovering from spay surgery. This offers much more flexibility than the lampshade offered at the vets, also allowing her easy access to the litter box and protection for her wound to heal from our other cat with the wound be covered up.
